We do make an effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our website, however as we aim to keep our pieces exclusive we usually do not stock more than 2 pieces per size of each item.
We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered. After all, you wouldn’t want every other girl on the street to be wearing the same thing, would you?
Occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, you will be notified via e-mail. Changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation, so please don’t worry!
Shipping and Handling Costs and Methods
Local Shipping
We ship your orders via Singapore Post’s Speedpost Islandwide courier service. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. The charges for delivery are as follows:

International Shipping
At this time, we are only able to allow online orders for Singapore addresses. It is not possible to specify any other international destination when placing an order online.

Please refer to the size chart below to help determine your size when
ordering. Because sizing and cut varies between brands, please use this
chart as a general guide only.
You can find the measurements of one of the sizes available in the Product
Info of each product for your reference. To help guide you further, we
have also included, in the Product Info of each product, the size which S
and M wear for that product. S and M's profile: height = 1.69m ; bust =
32.5"; waist = 25.5"; hips = 36".

Payment Methods
You can make payment in the following ways:

- Funds transfer
For payment via funds transfer, please select this option upon Check Out and an email will be automatically sent to us. We will then email you with our bank account details. Let us know once you have done the transfer, and your order will be shipped once the funds are received by us.
How To Modify Your Order
Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
Processing Your Order
Please note that your order will be processed and shipped to you within 3-5 working days from the date payment is made.
*THERE WILL BE NO DELIVERY ON SUNDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will also send you a further shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We will accept returns if the wrong item has been sent to you (we apologise for that!) and exchanges if you need a different size. Exchanges for another size are subject to availability.
We only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED OR WASHED and with ALL tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges for items which are not in the above condition. Please note that Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
How do I make a return?
If we have indeed sent you the wrong item, send us an email at info@splusm.com.sg, within 30 days of receipt of your item, with your name, invoice number and a description of the incorrect item which was sent to you. As our stock is limited, there is a chance that the item you want may no longer be available.
If the item you ordered is still available, we will arrange for someone to pick up the incorrect item from you and deliver the correct item to you and the delivery charges will be on us! However, if the item you ordered is no longer available (we are very very sorry about that!), we will still arrange for someone to pick up the incorrect item from you and we will refund you the amount paid including your shipping charges.
How do I get a refund?
We will refund you the amount you have paid (including the amount paid for shipping charges) if you have paid for an item and it is no longer available.
If we have sent you the wrong item and the correct item you want is no longer available, we will refund you the amount you have paid (including the amount paid for shipping charges) PROVIDED THAT we are notified of the same within 30 days of your receipt of the item.
If your order is unfortunately sold out/unavailable and you have already paid for it, we will inform you by email and refund you the amount you have paid.
Please note that Paypal or your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the refund to your account once they have received the information from us.
How do I make an exchange?
If you would like to exchange an item because you need a different size, please send us an email at info@splusm.com.sg with your name, invoice number and the new size you wish to exchange for. Please note that exchanges for size are subject to availability and if we do not have the size you want, we do not accept returns of such items and we will not refund you for the amount paid for the item.
If we do have the new size that you want, you will have to send the original item back to us at your own cost. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Once we have received the original item from you, we will then send you the new item.

We are happy to give you an opportunity to view and try on our clothes if you’re worried about their fit. Just email us at info@splusm.com.sg to make an appointment with us.

Transactions concluded through our site
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Any order is subject to and may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, non-receipt of payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason as we see fit.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the “Dispatch Confirmation”). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
